Texas, a town about 50 miles south of Houston, according to a release from the Texas Lottery on Saturday, March 9. The winning ticket was sold at a Circle K at 1310 Brazosport Blvd N, Richwood, TX 77531. The winning ticket matched the five numbers drawn on Friday night, March 8, in order to win the prize, which is the second-best prize to win without hitting the Mega Ball for the full jackpot prize amount.This is the second winning ticket reported from the Texas Lottery in East Texas in a week, after a winning Powerball ticket was sold in Tomball – also near Houston – Monday, March 4, that paid out a $2 million prize.
